An Extreme Cakeover by Editor Ashley Phillips

Some of the most fun and exciting times of year in our industry are the seasonal launch meetings. Not only are we introduced to all the wonderful new books hitting the marketplace in the next year, we also get to enjoy delicious treats! One of the most extravagant desserts at this year’s launch was baked and decorated by Clarkson Potter editor Ashley Phillips, who shared an amazing jukebox cake from a forthcoming book, Extreme Cakeovers.
