Our favorite Internet bon vivant is Mrs. Lilien, author of Mrs. Lilien’s Style House Blog and Mrs. Lilien’s Cocktail Swatchbook, a fabulous bartending guide that fans out to reveal 50 tasty cocktail recipes.
Mrs. Lilien appeared on the Today Show last week to show Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb how to create perfect summer cocktail soirees, themed around three different drinks (we’ll certainly be using those edible gold stars from now on).

My favorite summer drink is sweet tea vodka with lemonade. It’s an Arnold Palmer with a kick and it tastes like summer to me, especially if its served in a mason jar.
My favorite summer drink is a beergarita (*sp) It’s sweet, but awesome! It’s exactly what the name sounds like. A margarita made with beer. Yum!
My favorite summer drink is sangria! There are so many fun twists you can put on it like my fave: Mango Peach!

Anything with infused booze. My current favorite is strawberry-infused vodka mixed with sprite. It’s sweet with an intense strawberry flavor.

Sangria with fresh fruit is one of my favorite spring/summer drinks. Although, margaritas are a close second!
My favorite is the Watermelon-Coconut Cooler.
